I trained as a teacher when my daughter was four and I have never looked back! I started my teaching career at a school in Buckinghamshire and stayed for 11 years, initially as class teacher, then Phase Leader and finally as Assistant Head.

I moved Chalgrove in Jan 2018 and started my first Headteacher post. Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked for many years for a live events and communications company and enjoyed working in varied locations in the UK and overseas.

Seeing the children grow and develop both academically and emotionally is the thing I enjoy the most. I am still very hands on and can often be found in class. I love working in a community spirited village and have come to respect and admire the families we serve. I also love the Chalgrove team; they care so much for all children and always go above and beyond.

I enjoy the collaboration and support; this is so important. Staff across the Trust have the same goals, vision, and passion.
