I joined Acer Trust in February 2025 as a Finance Director having worked in Finance for the past 30 years. Working at Acer Trust allows me to contribute to the success of schools and educational organisation in a meaningful and impactful way.
Managing finance in education ensures resources are used effectively, supporting the students learning experience. I take great pride in knowing that my work behind the scenes helps create a financial foundation that enables educators to focus on what they do best - teaching.
As a Finance Director my role involves overseeing the financial strategy, planning and management across multiple schools within the Trust. I work closely with the Central Leadership Team to provide financial insight that guide decision making and help achieve the Trust's educational objectives. My focus is on maintaining financial sustainability, optimising resources and ensuring that every spend directly benefits the school and their students.
