From small beginnings in 2015, we have taken a measured approach to growth while developing the systems and processes we need to take us to the next phase of our development as a Trust. As a consequence of our approach, we have a Trust-wide culture based on shared values driven by school and Trust leaders.
The Trust Board delegates the leadership and management of the Trust to the CEO and Trust Executive Group. The Executive Group comprises the Acer Trust Core Team (the CEO, COO and CFO) and the headteachers of the schools, supported by a Board of Trustees with considerable experience across both education and business.
We have an inclusive, enabling leadership style and while the overall responsibility for the performance of all schools lies with the Trust, the leadership of the Headteacher and the contribution of the School Governing Body and the school staff are critical to the success of each school.
