The Acer Trust held a Trust- wide Inset Day on Tuesday 5th September at the King's Centre, Oxford which was attended by all the teaching and support staff from all the schools in the Trust, along with Trustees and Governors.
Nathan Thomas, CEO, opened the event with an introductory welcome speech showcasing some of our students discussing "what values do they think are important" and "what is not okay". The videos can be accessed on the links below:
Angela Browne from Being Luminary then delivered an address on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
This was followed by refreshments and networking, giving staff the chance to meet with fellow colleagues from other schools in the Trust.
It was a very positive event and a great way to start the new term.
