The Cooper School is a thriving, inclusive 11–18 school at the heart of Bicester’s growing community. We are seeking a strategic and empathetic Head Teacher to lead the school into its next phase of development, building on recent progress and inspiring both staff and students to reach their full potential.

This role is ideal for a current Head Teacher or a Deputy Head Teacher ready to step into headship. The successful candidate will join a strong leadership team, benefit from Trust-wide support, and play a key role in shaping the future of education across our family of schools.
